Cleat is for the boatyard that operates the account.
Storage and sharing
Data is stored on Neon Postgres in the United States.
Data is never sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising.
Third party processors: Neon for the database, Twilio for SMS, Resend for email, Anthropic for billing text generation.
Requests and ownership
Employees can request their data or its deletion through their employer.
Customer data belongs to the yard, not to Cleat, and is returned or deleted if the yard stops using the service.
